Antoine Moreau

I'm Antoine, a French photographer based in Taipei.

I've spent around twenty years living and working abroad, including thirteen years in Taiwan. Photography has taken me through a fairly wide range of places and situations, from business events and performances to portraits, travel and everyday life.

Before and alongside photography, I built a long career in sales and marketing. I've attended and worked at business events all over the world, so photographing them feels very familiar to me. I understand how these events work, what tends to happen next, and when to stay out of the way or be ready with the camera.

I'm particularly interested in photographs that feel natural and true to life. I prefer to get as much as possible right before I press the shutter: the composition, lighting, settings, positioning and, when appropriate, the pose. That means less reliance on heavy retouching afterwards.

The aim is simple: photographs that look naturally beautiful.

Based in Taipei. Available for assignments across Taiwan and abroad.
